Vacation James
Vacation James
Vacation James formed in March of 2017 in the midst of a certain post-truth era in which down has become the new up. Our music, inspired by punk, blues, jazz, grunge and country is about finding a place of immediacy and spontaneity beyond fixed identity. Binary thought has expired. The freedom of change fuels Vacation James. When you're on vacation life becomes new again. James has always been there. Making the old young again and the new familiar is key. The sum total of this magnificant exchange of energy we call existence is Zero. Justin Angle, E Brett Madson, Andrew Cerami and Chris Rozik are Vacation James and we want to show you what it's all about. We're all on vacation searching for fresh energy sources daily.

the Virgouts
Virgins. Virgouts. Dishwashers in 2015, Rashad and Nick met over a conversation about Beach House and Nirvana. Rashad wanted to play guitar again and asked Nick if he played an instrument. He said he played both guitar and bass. Rashad asked Nick what he was doing tomorrow, and they decided to practice. Rashad quit his dishwashing job right then and there and met up with him the next day.

Riding bikes to meet up, Ryan followed with us, heading to his house. Knowing nothing about this strange man who was luring us to his house. He brought us into his basement and there we were picking up his instruments. They started playing their respected instruments and clicked. It was magic. The 3 wrote a couple songs right there and Rashad had to stop playing. Rashad asked "Okay how do you guys know each other."

Ryan had said, "I used to date his mom."
