Screature lumbers along its own shadowy path, a chimera stitched together from post-punk, ’67-era garage psych and early goth. Themes of the paranormal and life gone seriously awry permeate the songs. There are no happy endings—just endings. Formed by four friends in the summer of 2011, Screature is a dark psych band based in Sacramento, California. Their self-titled debut was recorded and mixed by Chris Woodhouse at the Hangar Studios in November 2012. The LP is self released on the band's own imprint, Ethel Scull Records. Their second album, Four Columns was released on SS Records/Ethel Scull in April 2015.
Casting Post Cyberpunk and Electro Industrial music to anesthetize the brain, Klockenhouzer pierce through the dark with driving beats and shivering arps of doom. Through a mix of distorted shouts and haunting vocals they yearn to see beyond the veil. With mostly an aggressive, sometimes mid tempo dance oriented style of their own, their urgent sound maintains an upbeat but dystopian vibe.

Klockenhouzer's 3rd album ‘Dispossessed' will be released late April 2016 with a limited run of quality designed CD's available. The band has made their own music videos for their YouTube channel, performed at popular venues in the Philadelphia area and have a new live show for 2016, that is a leap from their earlier sound and stage appearances.
