The Homophones
"A lo-fi Smiths? A hi-fi Beat Happening? There's something familiar,
comfortable and charming about the way Jason Ferraro's luxurious
baritone rests on those lightly marching snares and strumming
acoustics. The Homophones can lead you somewhere artsy, dreamy, and
lush." --CITY PAPER
Little Hustle
Little Hustle sets vocal harmonies against shoegaze guitars and synth. The Brooklyn band’s debut album, “Notepasser,” mixes danceable anthems with shades of 90s indie rock, riot grrrl, and psych.

A review by Pancakes and Whiskey of a show at Union Pool says, the band "displayed a different electroclash-like edge. Singer Rebecca Keith bristles with a second wave riot grrrl charge spirit of the likes of Wild Flag, Le Tigre, and Yeah Yeah Yeahs." Little Hustle is Rebecca Keith: vocals and keyboards, Eli Jacobowitz: vocals and guitar, Michael Morini: drums, and Markus Geisler: bass.
