Kelsey Cork & The Swigs
Kelsey Cork & The Swigs
Originating in Pennsylvania’s coal region and currently hailing from Philadelphia, Kelsey Cork is an alchemist of the finest rock n roll Kool-Aid. With tastes of punk, blues, and psychedelia found in her music, she finds passion in balancing the 20-something attitude of political revolution and finding oneself at the turning point of their future. The grit of Schuylkill County lasts with Kelsey in Philadelphia while she collaborates with like-minded musicians and aims to carve a way for an increased diversity in rock n roll across the board. With the legendary Chuck Treece as her guru and Branden King and Jacinda Arellano on drums and bass respectively, Kelsey has assembled a team to conquer the world. Cork fabricates her art with a raw, no-frills, anti-perfectionism philosophy. She is currently working on an EP and a tour to expand her horizons to make sure that everybody can take a sip of the Kool-Aid.
