Ghost Town Remedy
Ghost Town Remedy is a Cathartic Indie/Emo/Rock outfit from Nashville, TN with crushing Guitars/Vocals amid an ever-evolving sea of synth and folk flavors. The group began in 2013 when TJ Maher (Vocals/Guitar) and Steve Lane (Vocals/Drums) began playing Weezer tunes during a local methodist church's annual Christmas pageant instead of the material they were supposed to be learning. In March 2014, the band released their self titled Ep and later in September 2017, the band released their first full length entitled "Caffeine Dreams".
Mattress Food
Mattress Food is the brainchild of songwriter/multi-instrumentalist Sami Rahman, with the recent additions of Wallace Gerdy on lead guitar, Paul O'Connell on bass, and Adam Figurelle on drums. Influenced by classic melodic songwriters like Paul Westerberg, Elliott Smith, and basically every British band, Mattress Food just put out their second record, Vulture. Recently, the band started playing live, channeling more punk rock energy than classic rock on the stage. The band is always working on new music, and is hoping to book a show at your nearest library or book fair.
The members of the band afloat are Gabby Relos, Max Bizerak, and Josh Rubio. They are an alternative/indie rock group and their sound was influenced by groups such as Turnover, Citizen, and Transit. They are an up-and-coming group with great potential.
