South Central recording and visual artist, Jared Lee, was the "different kid" but don't expect a sob story of the struggle and misunderstanding. He wore it on his sleeve with pride, understood he was misunderstood and was still respected by his peers for being exactly who he is, "Your Friendly Neighborhood, Duck".

After graduating high school, he ventured off to bay area's Academy of Arts where he honed his artistic talents and became the artist we now know as Duckwrth, a named derived from his mother's maiden name.

He started developing a cult fan base by appearing on popular TeamBackPack Youtube videos and by releasing mixtapes like "Ducktape", "Taxfree V1" and his 2015 collaboration with hip hop producer, The Kickdrums titled "Nowhere".

In 2016, he released his critically acclaimed debut LP, "I’M UUGLY", a project that merged the most unique parts of Duckwrth’s talents to create a sound and visual palette that indicates he had not only grown as an artist but is well on his way to being a music icon and visionary for his generation.

Now, "an XTRA UUGLY Mixtape" vows to take that a step further blending genres from rock to hip hop to funk and soul and incorporating live contributions from his favorite long time collaborators. Bringing a unique identity of masculinity and femininity to his music, Duckwrth's vivacious and free-spirited approach has earned him comparisons to a millennial Prince of Jimi Hendrix. This embrace of individuality and passion to push his art into unknown territory has led Duckwrth to create his most ambitious body of work yet, an XTRA UUGLY Mixtape.

He is adamant about being hands on in the visual perception promoted to the world through his music. He is the illustrator of all of the artwork accompanying the projects he has released, the creative force behind the videos he puts out, has created branding and artwork for other artist, had his work displayed at galleries in the bay area and recently launched his popular brand B.O.Y., a campaign that supports blurring the gender lines, discourages gender biases and encourages fans and friends to take pride in B.eing O.nly Y.ou.
Nacolbie Jane p/k/a G.L.A.M hails from the West Coast and was born to legendary Oakland emcee parents, Dangerous Dame (Platinum writer for Too $hort) and her dedicated mother, Platinum selling recording artist, Nic Nac. She is the arrival of a new kind of triple threat that signifies that a change has inevitably come to the music game. Her name alone says it all, an acronym for Good Lyrics And Music; A commitment to a level of quality she intends to consistently deliver with every track she releases. Thankfully, G.L.A.M is here.

“She got that next fiyaaaaah!” -Heavyhitter DJ Enuff, HOT 97

While G.L.A.M considers herself an emcee first, her obvious talents cannot be contained by merely one type or genre. She is a vocal and percussion prodigy who has played congas since grade school. She pens her own lyrics, is a master of punch lines and hook writing, has an impressive vocal delivery and if that’s not enough she produces her own music with an intoxicating, refreshing and kinetic mix of original yet reminiscent sounds, infectious melodies and a knack for hit-making song structures.

"G.L.A.M will be the future of music.” -James Leach VP, SESAC Los Angeles

Her well-crafted sound has been featured on shows like E!’s Kourtney & Khloe Take Over Miami, East Los High Series on Hulu, the feature film Sister Code and serves as the closing credit theme for the hit indie film The Divorce Counselor.

G.L.A.M is a regular rhyme slayer on Team Backpack cyphers and a performance favorite on diverse concert stages and events from SXSW, SoundSet, A3C, Wango Tango, Nike’s 3 on 3 Tournament, Rock the Bells, Oakland Digital and GLAAD Anti_Bullying Spirit Day.
Although it’s early days for G.L.A.M, she has already shared the stage with notable acts like G-Eazy, Nas, J. Cole, Damian Marley and Big Sean. A charismatic and confident live performer, she wowed Sway, A$AP Rocky and Bun B on MTV RapFix Live and impressed super-producer Akon in the Pepsi Smash studio. After her latest performance at the iconic New York venue, SOBs, she was inducted as a new member of the BET Music Matters family, a network-wide initiative that gave Miguel, Melanie Fiona and J. Cole their big breaks. She’s been what’s next for quite some time. Her creativity, talent and persistence are poised to take her to top. Look out for her upcoming indie release The Flaw this summer. It’s a sound we’ve all been waiting for.

"…The exception" -Manny Smith, A&R for Interscope Records
Gianni Lee
Gianni is of humble beginnings; coming from a poverty stricken section of West Philadelphia helped shape his musical palette. His mother, a former model, played house music , reminiscent of sounds played on runways. His friends played Baltimore Club music. The two became the foundation for his more melodic and abstract approach to the “club” genre, which is now dominated by Philadelphia and New Jersey. Gianni takes a fresh approach to club music; using his minimalist ideology, he strips down many of the known “club” sounds while experimenting with elements of Hardstyle , Grime, Techno and R&B. After creating his successful clothing brand “Babylon Cartel” Gianni begin diving into the world of music production. Gianni released an edit of The XX’s popular angel’s remix, Festival gigs at The Roots Picnic & Trillectro soon followed. With a series of collaborations on the horizon as well as his debut EP, sky is definitely the limit for Gianni’s artistry.
